This site has a nice layout, but is sort of confusing to navigate. They have bunches of content on DBZ (almost as much as me ^_^ LOL)

SSI (Sever Side Includes)

SSI is pretty easy but rather tedious, and sometimes even frustrating. I use it because my I don't like Php, and my server doesn't support it.

1) First I would make a webpage without using SSI. If you need some free layouts click here. Well make your homepage, with left, right, top, navigation or whatever.

2) Now Cut (ctrl+x) the areas you want to have on every page, paste them onto another page and name them whatever you want (top.html, left.html, right.html, etc.)

3) In the areas where you cut and pasted write this

<!--#include virtual="/page.html"--> (Substitute Top for whatever your included file's going to be)

4) Now upload these files to your server and see if you got it right.

5) If you didn't get it right then there may be another step, renaming all your files to .shtml files.

FAQ:

Q: How the hell do you make a left/right navigation? I've been trying everything?
A: Well in your left navigation you would make a table,

<table width=30% align=left> <tr> <td> Blah, blah, blah</tr> </td></table>

Subsititute BLAh, blah for your left side links. This will be in your iclude virtual. Then on your main page write:

<table width=70% align=right> <tr> <td> Blah, blah, blah</tr> </td></table>

Remember in the table width tag the total of your widths have to equal 100%, with that said you can add right navigations too. If you don't make it 100% then the page will have a bottom scroll bar, and I find these annoying.
